Welcome to the online portfolio website of Wesley Darton.

I am currently based out of Salt Lake City, Utah and have completed a BFA from the University of Minnesota Duluth in Theatre Design and Technology with an emphasis in Lighting Design.

While at the University of Minnesota Duluth I received a commendation in lighting design from the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival Region V, Festival XLVIII for my design for Spoon River.

Recent credits include: At the University of Minnesota Duluth: She Loves Me, Spoon River, And Baby Makes Seven, and Off the Record Dance Concert as lighting designer. One River, Detestable Madness, Legally Blonde, and Damn Yankees as lighting programmer. At Pioneer Theatre Company: Les Miserables as an electrician, lighting plot drafter, and a follow spot operator. The Odd Couple, A Christmas Carol: The Musical, In the Heights, Man of Lamancha, Annie, Next to Normal and many others as an electrician. At Westminster College: In the Next Room or the Vibrator Play, Dido and Aeneas, and The Real Inspector Hound as lighting designer and Rumors, The Diviners, and Equus as master electrician.
